The surgery begins with placement of the incisions. In endoscopic brow lifting, four or five small incisions are made within the hairline. The endoscope is then placed through these incisions to visualize the surgical field. The entire forehead is repositioned to a more youthful height and the eyebrow arch is re-established. The procedure usually lasts less than one hour.
