This 27 year old really complained about her nose. She did not like anything about it except her nose ring. The dorsal hump bothered her; the nasal tip was too wide and uneven. There was an overhanging columella (lower nose). To add to that, her nose ring caused so much scarring inside her nose that it caused flaring of the right ala (side of the lower nose) as well as her nasal tip.

This patient also wanted larger lips.

An open rhinoplasty was performed. The nose ring was removed and its track excised. The scar tissue was removed, the nasal tip was repaired. The nasal dorsum (hump) was reduced. The tip itself was not only repaired, but the inner cartilage refined,reshaped and reduced.

Her lips were injected with fat from her thigh (she had thigh liposuction as well). We are showing her lips still swollen at two weeks so you can see that the swelling does go down, and lips can stay swollen much longer than noses.
