If you were to ask me what is the most important part of my practice, I would tell you skin care. Living in Southern California, many patients are educated about skin protection, but few Californians have not had a lifetime of sun exposure. Since education and prevention about the dangers of sun exposure are relatively new phenomena, most patients show signs of damage to their faces and bodies.

It is with this in mind that I asked Jessica Ace, RN, BSN, my plastic surgical skin care nurse, to join my practice. Jessica is a registered nurse who specializes in addressing patients' skin care concerns and repairing the damage caused by years of sun exposure.

Jessica is not an aesthetician. She is not a cosmetologist. She is a fully-licensed nurse whose goal is to reverse and repair skin damage. Part of this is done with skin care products that can only be obtained through a medical office. These skin care products are more effective than anything that can be purchased in a store or pharmacy.

As part of my medical team, Jessica will be happy to discuss with you your skin's problem. With you she will then define a customized program to restore your skin's health and natural beauty.
