Hello Dr Bain, Jessica and staff-

Well, it's hard to believe that 1 year ago today was the first step to the best days of my life! Yes, last June 5th I had my surgery that would change my life, my health, my looks, my outlook and my dress size forever.

I am happy to say that I am now attending regular personal training that is changing my shape and building muscle( I want to be able to lift my groceries when I'm 90) and losing weight.

I have dropped 4 dress sizes and now can buy "cuter clothes".

But, most of all, you gave me the strength to see myself the way I wanted to be. Your care and concern is what made me choose you and your knowledge and expertise were the added bonus.

Thank you all so much for all that you have done for me. I'm not finished yet, but you made the journey much more fun!!!
